I love making dog treats for Ramsey. She is such a happy, well-tempered dog, with loads of personality and she gets so damn excited when I’m making something for her. Usually she lays in the entrance way to the kitchen when ever I’m cooking, scanning for scraps that may fall , but when I’m making something for her, she’s glued to my side the entire time.

Peanut Butter Dog Treats

Caution: These cookies are very appealing to people, because they look and smell very much like people cookies. Your family will want to try them, and I recommend allowing some of that. However, keep an eye out for repeated or excessive “sampling,” and be prepared to give a reminder that these treats are for YOUR DOG. (If necessary, threaten to tell all their friends that they were eating dog biscuits. Harsh, but if you need it this technique works pretty well.)

I am so happy I found Elite Dog Academy!! Cindy trained our dog with her In-home obedience training program. Before this training I had about given up hope on Jackson. He was pulling me on our walks and he would jump up on my guests. He was also fearful and nervous around other dogs and acted out uncontrollably. Cindy's greatest talent, in my opinion, is in training people. She is incredibly patient, great at positive reinforcement (yes, with the dogs, too!) and very helpful steering you in the right direction when you're having problems grasping a concept. Incredible change thanks to Cindy and Elite Dog Academy. My husband and I adopted Kaya when she was two years old. She's a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who had been adopted before and then returned to the shelter. She grew up on the streets and was found when she was a puppy.
